Good to know. It was last week that I spoke to them, however the girl whom I was dealing with did seem unsure at first and needed to consult a list which didn't appear to be new. I will give them another call tomorrow and confirm that they have a new contact.

With all that said, I have done a little legwork lately and asked a few ShaverShops whom they use to hone SR's. The names that I was given (by several stores) were:
- Ron at Super Sharp Sharpening - $20 per blade (email contact@supersharpsharpening dot com dot au).
- Oz Parker - price unknown (ozzzz@tpg dot com dot au).
