Honing services in Brisbane
Hey im in Ipswich just wondering if there was a go to person in brisbane to do some honing?

Yep. Geoff and Ricky are your closest go to blokes for that. Stu (str8raz0r) also, but I haven't seen him around the general forum too much. I think he hangs out in the workshop forum a bit.

Onimaru from any questions on honing in Oz. I've no doubt others know their way around a blade & stone, but I suspect Onimaru has forgotten more than I know. I'm not savvy on how far Brisbane is from him, but its a connection I'd recommend.

Well it's a long drive or a plane ride, but thankfully australia post still operates. I would have no hesitation in recommending oz he is a top bloke. When I was starting out he was really helpful and free with advice, 3 gen if it was of no benefit to him. If I am ever over that way I would like to arrange a meet up, in fact I have people in most large Australian cities I would like to meet, except Alice and darwin, haven't seen any members from either.
