    We'll use the Coffee Club as a backup plan - if that's OK with everyone.

    Hi Geoff,
    I'm keen on your early afternoon idea, say 1 or 2 pm kick off - now that I live at the Sunny Coast an afternoon date beats an evening one. The Coffee Club backup plan is OK for me too.
