Gents, I still have to get hold of the keeper of the keys at church but I can't see any issues with having it at church on the 21st. There is an area downstairs that has a sink and such for honing etc. We just set up a few tables and go for broke. I will try and organise an urn and some tea, coffee etc also.
I will confirm for the 21st once I get onto the appropriate person.

Gents,
I have officially booked the downstairs area at church from 1pm to 6pm on the 21st of this month. You can park in the car park at the front of the church and walk down the side on the left. The address is 1 The Village Avenue, Coopers Plains.
IF you have any questions let me know. Otherwise I will see you all on the 21st.
