I found too much Nic makes me hiccup. Found this out when smoking cigars. Thought maybe it was just not enough o2 and too much Nic. Just guessing but it seemed right to me.
It's just Sharpening, right?

Thanked: 580Got a starter kit on the way. Aspire X30 Rover and some black note forte juice tobacco flavour, has good reviews.
Our acehole government has been whacking 10% tax on cigs every 6 months for a couple or 3 years now. Costing me $25 a day. Tried patches and gum, nothing seems to work. Hoping to kick it with this.Into this house we're born, into this world we're thrown ~ Jim Morrison

Good luck and Vaping will help you out. And it's no where near as toxic to you.

Thanked: 0I am not sure how vaping can help. But I am much interested to try there instead of smoking. But my confusion is are they good and healthy?

Thanked: 580UK health board are recommending people move from smoking to these. One of my boys has successfully given up nicotine altogether using one. Two of my daughters are now using them.
I am hoping to quit the cigs and save enough money to get a decent pouch of pipe tobacco to post in the "Pipe of the day" thread and show off all the pipes I have collected...Ironic much..Into this house we're born, into this world we're thrown ~ Jim Morrison

Thanked: 580Pretty happy with the e cig so far. Got 18 mg juice which seems quite harsh, makes me cough. May have to try the 12 mg.
Down to about 5 cigarettes a day. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to kick the habit. Bit of an out lay to start, but have near saved that already not buying the stinkies. Worst thing is when it goes flat, already looking at another mod. Any recommendations?

Grazor, may I suggest a mod that is a 2 or 3 battery box. Your mod is a very low wattage model. Higher watts may smooth out the juice you are using. Then you can begin to step down when you believe that you're ready.
I use a Reulax and so does my other half. They are reliable and you can vary in a wide range of wattage. You will also need a different tank for the higher wattage. I don't think the coils for that one will be able to go very highLook sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Thanked: 59I always end up coughing in the morning after my first few vapes. I guess my lungs need to get prepped for a day of chain vaping. Coughing goes away for me after the first few inhalations.
2nd on the Reulax, they are beasts! I have one but never use it, I don't use or need the power it can supply. Highly configurable too.
