You mean the inner wont turn to adjust?
No, I worded that poorly Jerry. I mean things work properly now and I have enough adjustment to get the alignment bang on when I get there..
Have to move on assembly to the point I can get the car back on the ground and rotate it 90’ so it fits back in the garage proper.
Wifes away this weekend so it’s go time for Mikey..
A productive weekend up here and the wife had fun with her sister while away to boot, so win win.

My rat racer back on her wheels after 14 months on stands.
Suspension feels very nice as I bounced up and down on the frame rails like a monkey. Had to settle her before final tightening up front and compared to last season, no comparison, feels terrific, so far.
Will note I bought dollies so I can roll her around as needed since it’ll be tight in the garage again.

She fits, and I’ll be able to close the door.
Best wrap her in protection for the wiring stage next,

Tear this down next weekend but for this week a great dump run staging area. Twas a sweet shed that served me well! And survived the elements as needed.

At least one of your neighbors will be happy!
Progress Marches On!!
Looks good, nice, very very nice.:bow
Yea at least one neighbor is happy, or will be once the temporary shed is torn down.
There's always ONE who has to make it their business. At least the authorities could give you until the snow flies.
Big, big relief to be done this before the deadline and not to be rushing around with a blizzard blowing and the wife freaking out..
Hehe.
Wife freaking out?? :hmmm: I was more worried about you--

You know Mike.... I could fly up there and help you out. We'll be done quick. The car may not look like the original and there may even be parts missing, but I'm not afraid to get dirty!
I can't believe what you have accomplished to this point. You are a truly amazing person!
Thanks John, kind of you to say.
I’d love the help as I’m not so good at the clean up, hehe.
I’m going to build a pyre of all the 70 year old ash in the back yard and light it up on her 71st birthday, Dec 12th. Send a Roman candle up to her builders to let them know she’s almost reborn.
Maybe even be able to start her up by then too, if not sooner.
Tonight it’s all about reorganizing the garage. Couple of +20 days ahead amazingly. So my plan is purge and take down the shed while the weather is so fine.
Found I forgot to paint the damn door hinges in all my haste. That’s ok though as I have a small air brush I’ve been meaning to try and have enough of the green still to take care of them in the basement.
Let us hope that the door hinges are all that you have missed.:gaah:
