Frost this morning and 5-7 inches of snow this afternoon.

Thanked: 4206Same up here men.
Was hoping to drain the pool some today as it’s over full from snow load. But I hate connecting plumbing when it can still drop below zero..
Leaking into the basement cause of the ground water excess.
Love the changing seasons, at least three of them anyway.."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

Thanked: 13245Yep just got the Hard freeze alerts for the next few days
Going back down to the low 20's overnights for the next 5 days at least
I guess we see how the tunnels work for real now
I have everything buttoned up as best as I can, I ran a low line over the Garlic and used the extra scrap plastic and some zip ties to tent them

Thanked: 13245Figured at 27° this morning it would be a great day to light off the slash pile for this year out in "Glen's Near Acre"
It is kinda a fun time, especially after it calms down a bit and you don't think the whole forest is going to go up"No amount of money spent on a Stone can ever replace the value of the time it takes learning to use it properly"

Thanked: 113Rain here with chances of snow over the next few days but I was able to finally work on my "new garden" project last weekend.
I cleaned out the old garden, put a weed barrier and built the box. Hopefully this Saturday I can plant. The 2019 plan is simple, tomatoes, peppers and herbs.
We will see what actually happens. Below are a few pictures from last weekend.
Cheers.
