Thread: japanese green tea?

I opened up a fresh packet of houjicha from japan and was pleasantly surpsrised. My usual houjicha has a rather blah roasted flavor but his brand had a slightly sweet taste to it. i like it. I will get my houjicha from them from now on. For those of you that like a roasted flavor I would recommend houjicha. it is a good tea to have every day even.
