Speaking of Fords...The Ranger is coming back. SO many of them still on the road here.
Lots of NICE ones too! As hard to buy a Ranger as a Toyota here.

Ya, was a while there they got a little fast for what they were...
My old 87 Ranger was down. Stock 91 Crown Vic 5.0 engine and tranny. Crown Vic computer! Explorer swaybars, KYB Gas-Adjust.
Bunch of fun! The little engine that could!
Pic of an old pic! We went 400 miles to get that Model A.

Great ride tc!
Just a question, do you need a truck licence to drive the F250?
In SA, they imported a couple a few years ago and the authorities made it illegal for a normal car licence holder to purchase one. Everyone that bought them had convert their licences to light truck.Tony

My Mazda 6 is moribund, soon I'll be driving an Audi A4 Avant. As I am living in Germany these days they have become pretty affordable. Dutch luxury taxes are real spoilsports.

no just a regular license, that's wild having to have a special license. our commercial license is the only thing you need over here for big trucks, a CDL. I had one of them too, but when I lost an eye they recinded it, but my f250 hauls all I need, I have a gooseneck that I pull occasionally that's 40' and it can take some weight my 36' rv that weighs in around 16,000 doesn't even slow this one down Tc

The land cruiser gets about 15 mpg based on us gallons. Over here it is litres per 100km, which i get roughly 14 or 15 litres per 100km. Diesel is about $1.30 australian per litre.
There is roughly 4 litres to a us gallon so that works out at around $5.20 australian per gallon or approx $4.16 us.Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast
