Cheese?
I don't know how many of you are cheese junkies, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
Favorite cheese?
In my opinion nothing beats an aged Gouda.
I would also like to add that I freaking love Asiago. No brand or expense level preference, I love it all.Last edited by DPflaumer; 12-03-2009 at 10:35 PM.

Aged Gouda, the older the better!
Grand Padano, and other hard cheeses.

Well I don't eat much cheese anymore, I became lactose intolerant, but there was a time I could eat it by the brick..
Havarti and Brie are among my favorites.

Oh gosh, most any cheese. Cheddars, Swiss, Queso Fresco, Hard cheeses like Parmesan and Romano. And, I like blue veined cheeses. Stilton is great. It smells like farts but tastes so good.
