Burns420 (does this name have anything connected to the theme here?),

You are a much better man than I - my friend! I now consider myself a super lightweight when it comes to hot sauces.

I'll stick to Frank's and Cholula

Nah, nothing to do with sauce. Everyone calls me Burns because it's almost my last name which is the Gaelic version of it.

And no one is more manly than anyone for being able to eat spicy food. It's an aquired taste just like whiskey. After a while anyone can tolerate it and start to taste it. I used to find suicide wings too hot to eat a few years ago but now, even though I still find them hot, I can tolerate them. They give a great natural high. Try Acid Rain sauce. It's pretty hot but not as hot as Mad Dog. It's got great flavour so it's easier to eat and will still give you a good rush.

I love stuff like Hot Girardiniera where they take Jalepeno's and oil and load in peppers, cucumbers, olives and other stuff. It is really great with a strip or flank steak on the side. Fine Italian Food from Dell'Alpe

This stuff is also killer when grilling meat Heaven on Seven's Angel Dust Cajun Seasoning - - FabulousFoods.com

My favorite sushi guy Liang has family from Taiwan and recently he gave me a little bottle of red chili sauce. This stuff was so hot that one drop on the tongue dropped my voice by two octaves and took my breath away. I put a couple drops in some red beans and rice though and the flavor was very nice.

    Have fun,

    Lynn
