Anyone from California remember Farrel's ice cream parlor? The "Zoo" and the "Trough"?
I'll second that one!! their sweet cream is awesome!

My favorite is Ben & Jerrys Chunky Monkey. Get it as a treat once in a blue moon.

Ice cream has been lackluster since I got back from Italy in October. Nothing... NOTHING can match up to the Gelato over there....

But... growing up, my favorite is Butter Pecan.

I make my own from either organic cow's milk or soy milk and fresh made coconut cream (I'm in the tropics). Intense flavors from real ingredients as gelato should be.

Mocha made with dark cacao and espresso, topped with caramelized walnuts

    Wild blueberry

Vanilla made with the Madagascar variety beans, topped with criollo cacao nibs and fresh ground cinnamon
