    My favorite vegetable here in Thailand is called F**k. Over here it is just another vegetable, it just happens to be pronounced exactly the same as the word you say when you drop a razor on the floor.

    Fried green tomatoes, asparagus, tomato salads, cucumber salads. I have a few green tomatoes on the vines out back, my wife and I are playing a game of staredown, if she blinks, those tomatoes are headed for the skillet!

    Eggplant slices on the BBQ grill brushed with seasoned olive oil. Or the long Japanese eggplant split in half. Oh yeah...
