I liked this cigar just fine when I first got em... but man, if you can age this for a couple years like this one, Good Gosh! Outstanding.

The maduro ovals are outstanding. I grab a couple at a time when I'm at the shop.

Yeah I have a couple of the Maduros aging as well. I just hope they age as well as the natural. I Kid you not, the oils I got on my lips from that cigar was on par with an Opus X. I was stunned.

I'll root out a Maduro here this week or weekend and report back on how it ages. Super excited. I hope the above wasn't a one of.

A friend was over in NY last week, I naturally asked him to bring me back some Drew Estate smokes. He returned with a pack of 5x56 Kentuky Fire Cured, Fat Molly's. I smoked this one straight away, not as full a flavour as I expected. But smoked well with an even burn, and complemented the ale... I hope they age well!

Don't age them next to anything you don't want to taste like BBQ.... [emoji12]

I smoked one a while back, probably won't smoke another any time soon. Just didn't do it for me.

I agree, they are quite strong smelling. Maybe a good idea to keep them in their cello wrappers?

If it was my humidor, I'd double bag them in zip lock freezer bags before they went in the box....

Speaking of cigars you're not sure of...

I mean it's rolled like a champ - razor sharp burn, perfect draw. It's just a bit... Sharp. The rest may or may not taste great in a year. Name: image.jpg

Just seemed like a good pick for this evening.
Paired with some Belle Meade whiskey. [emoji106]
