Tom, quit showing off unless you want to share! With me! And no one else!
Gimme!
Lovely pipes man, quite the collection.
Cheers,
Jeremy
No way, Jeremy!
Please realize, I posted already all my pipes, but they are in rotation with different tobaccos. So each day you can see a new composition.
But also I will say- the pipes all must be cleaned. It isn't possible to smoke only. In order to have clean an beauty pipes, there's a lot of work.
Yeah, I've browsed SmokingPipes.com and realized how much time and effort goes into pipe smoking... How much finesse it takes. It's like the tobacco straight razor.
I think I'll stick with my cigars, and leave these to you pros ;)
visit us in Germany, Jeremy. Here you can smoke really Habanas.
Regards
Tom
Well, last night's smoke...

Pipe Fans,
Well i just finished doing some locum work in a little village in the middle of the Yorkshire Moors. I popped into the local newsagent/Tobacconist to get a tin of my favorite University Flake and at the back of the shop i saw peeping a whole card of Joseph Rodgers pipe knives/spike and integrated tamper. They even have the star and cross on the blade. The chap said they were new old stock he had picked up. £12.00. If anyone is interested i can post a picture and next time pick a few up. They had about ten on the display card. I am not sure if these are fairly common or a top find.
Post some pictures and order all items. I think if they are really NOS, you can sell it to us and everybody is happy.
I second the notion of posting a pic.
Today: Peterson dublin with p-lip
Macbaren Vintage Syrian
to be-or not to be...that's the question...

Pics are poor as night are getting dark here. My daughter also adapted my SLR camera so i have to get along with this poor phone camera.
Damn this thread :D. Some years ago i had severe PAD with about 25 pipes. I got cured and sold most of them, leaving myself less than 10 pipes to live happily with the rest of my life.
After reading these posts and seen some fine pipe pics you gents have, i've found myself for few times standing behind the window of the local tobacco shop. I can hold myself, but i'm not sure how long...
At last it's here! This one is going to be a little pic heavy.....
Pipe: Erik Nording Semi Rustic Signature Freehand

Took my son to college today in Orlando, Florida to University of Central Florida. While i was there, i looked up a pipe store called The Pipe and Pouch. Their web site offered little information about their store so i called them as my wife, daughter and i were leaving to inquire about their business hours. I also asked the gentleman if he had any tinned tobacco and he said that he didn't deal in pipes or pipe tobacco much anymore and only had some blends there. The blends were pretty much identical in name to what i can purchase here. I didn't state this but was wondering to myself why didn't he change the name of the store then if he no longer dealt in pipes? Was highly disappointed and didn't have time to try to find another store. Now i will have to purchase some tobacco online.
Have a nice weekend gents,
today I'll use the Vauen- Golf and one of my Stanwell's.
The tobacco is White Roses- blended for Stanwell.
In the background you'll see one of my humidors.
