If you see any clips of Neil at this stage and he looks a bit subdued, it's because he had a horrible back injury that meant a couple of things:
1) he couldn't move much (compare this to when he's playing with Crazy Horse and you may notice a difference in his demeanor )
2) he couldn't play electrics for a while. So we ended up getting an album like Harvest and performances like this and his Live at Massey Hall album.
So good things can come even from a slipped disc.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
