Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar. So mellow. So beautiful. So Hawaiian. When I think of the real sound of the islands, it's not Hula music or other Hawaiian stereotyped music. It's slack key guitar. The slack key tuning and the picking method gives it such a unique sound. They used much of this music in the movie "The Decendants" because it's just so local Hawaiian sounding.
Great music to relax to or to shave to.

A Human Beinz fan! Love 'em. Here's their first single, a Who cover. The guy who owns it says that they were keeping the "g" in the name at the time (The Human Beingz), but I have heard that they were actually going by "The Human Beings" at the time.
