Truly...
...one of THE finest things in life.
My wife gave birth to a happy, healthy, baby boy Saturday. He joins his sister (3), and his brother (2). There's little else on earth that even comes close.
Just about 20min old.
Just over 24hrs old. YES, I did post this in the competition for this month. Why not?

Congratulations BigJim! Glad to hear everyone is healthy and happy. We have one blessed little boy right now, but hopefully the good Lord will soon bless us with a sibiling for little John Henry. Congrats again!!!!

Thanks for all the congratulations fellas. He's happy, healthy, and hopefully going home this afternoon. And so far pretty quiet; eats good then sleeps good. We're truly blessed.
Page 5 of the picture contest thread shows my older boy getting his first lather. He was unsure of things at first, then I lathered up and he wanted lather. Took a while to get him and the little guy coordinated for a photo. My older boy wanted to run around the hospital and show all the nurses...now that I think about it, maybe I should have let him do that. I could have followed him around and took pictures of that!
