It is possible it was one of the between pistols, S&W made a very few that really have no name that anyone can find. Good luck.
No that pistol isn't the only thing under my kilt, but I can tell you both of them work just fine

    My wheelguns:
.22 magnum North American Arms Pug w/ tritium front sight
    2 1/2" .410/.45LC Taurus Judge

The pug goes with me everywhere & I carry either my 1911 or Makarov most of the time as well. I'm getting quite fond of the Judge, but it's a bit bulky as I carry SOB with my primary.

Ya my interests never went into the history of modern (post1950's) guns, so I didn't know the dates on this bit WW 1&2 battle rifles and muzzleloaders... different story

Here is mine. Smith L frame int 357 mag. I engraved this about 15 years ago.

This one is actually what I deer hunt with sometimes. I am pushing 125gr hornady XTPs about 1900 fps out of this using 19 gr of H110. Its a hot load for this but it doesn't push the primer pockets or slit cases.

    Thanks Bharner,

Here is another one I did about 5 years ago. Its not mine it belongs to a customer. This gun actually a little over the top for my personal taste but its what the customer wanted. so I went whole hog on it.

I'll second that on the engraving. Most of the engraving I've seen is gaudy and overdone. This looks really nice.
