I've used it with a variety of compact 40's, recently a M&P 40C. It is surprisingly comfortable for appendix or 4 o'clock carry BUT.. it must be removed to "reholster" the piece. This makes practicing the draw/assume firing position move so awkward that I gave it up. I believe that the draw must be practiced from every possible position until it becomes completely automatic so I put the versacarry away. It might be just the thing, however, for someone who is primarily concerned with comfort and concealment.
