Thanked: 198let me see, currently we have a chocolate lab/shepherd mix,she stays outside. a female cat,who recently gave birth to her first litter. the only male pet we have is a dwarf lion head rabbit. he is probably the most fun of the bunch on many days, loves to be chased when he is out of his domain

I checked every box on the poll except exotic fish. I think I have had at one time or another just about everything.

Here is a pic of my two boys. They often hang out under the bench when I work. Rachel has a Dachshund running around the house that usually hogs the bed on the other side.

Thanked: 884I had the red dogs, Mick. Same attitude and same dog, just different color. Back in the day most of my horses were reds and more than few red headed women broke me of that habit.
Somewhere on one of these 4 computers I've got is a picture of my buddy and my wife before she became my wife. I'll find it and post it.

I have a corgi, a pomeranian, an egyptian mau, 14 snakes of various species and a crested gecko.
I think that's it.

Thanked: 11One cat, Gus, he's a mutt and one fish, Gilbert, a green spotted pufferfish. Luckily the cat has no interest in the fish or I'd have no pets since puffers are extremely toxic.

We are at a current low with one dog (Red Heeler mix) and 2 cats.
In the recent past we have also had a ball python, iguana, cockatiel, marine fish, sugar glider, and a raccoon.
The raccoon was the most fun. She was caught inside the wall of a house as a baby and we had to bottle feed her. She was never completely tame though. While she was completely attached to us, she had a wild "switch". If you picked her up you would flip her switch and she was after blood. As soon as you put her down the switch flipped off and she was ready to play. At the same time she loved to ride on our shoulders and play with our hair. We used to take her to the local lake and she loved to hunt for food on the shore. This she just seemed to know how to do without being taught. She also loved to play hockey on the kitchen floor with a piece of ice.
I still miss her (Rica) and I still have scars. We had to keep her hidden as it is illegal in Texas to own one or even move one more than 10 miles. Vets are forbidden to treat them and there are no rabies shots available. Rabies in raccoons is not a problem in Texas as it is on the East coast.
