Anyone been doing any target shooting lately? I took the bow for a spin yesterday and shot for about an hour. First few rounds were rusty but things fell into place after i warmed up.

A piece of Americana !!!...just picked this up today from an 87 year old guy that use to be on my paper route when I was a kid.As the story goes...Iam the 4th owner of this sweet model 94 Winchester 30-30 made in 1949..the pic just doesn't do the gun any justice...it is in excellent condition. Sighting it in this weekend !!!

Thanked: 1936Love my old 30-30, but one of the first things I did was remove that front sight hood...was about to take a shot on a nice buck, pull up...couldn't find the front sight because it was "in the dark". No venison on the table that night...

Thanked: 101This is what my Remington PSS .308 did the first and last time I took it out. It is a good gun and can shoot. Range was 100yds. Really don't call it "target shooting" per se due to the fact I was on my belly in the dirt off a 6-9 BR Harris bi pod. Load was some Sierra GK 168gr. open tip "pulls" I got from some 30-06 ammo. Keep bullets, dump powder, reload bullets. I shot once then tried to punch the same hole twice more. Worked well I think?...
