Some very fine looking BP rifles in this thread. Watched a 1000 yard BP match once and was very impressed with the scores.

I have some Maks, Sigs, Glock, Rugers, and NAA that I carry and hunt/hike with. Rarely use the Maks, got 'em to use as "loaners". On second thought, I lost all my guns in a tragic boating accident.

Years ago there was a scandal about a large fast food company having Roo meat mixed in with the beef supply from Australia, for over 6 years... Yummers. Many Americans have unknowingly eaten Roobeef.

It is amazing what those big "slug" guns can do.

Your lucky. Roo meat is much better for you than beef. And more expensive. It's available in any butcher or supermarket here. We have it about once a week. More often than beef steak.

Sorry about taking my time, could not remember my log in at home !! Young roos are quite good eating, I generally casserole the tails with lots of bacon, garlic, onions spud carrotts etc and a good slug of port near the end, cook in a camp oven in either the wood stove or in a fire pit. Not quite as nice as your elk, but still good eating, does go through you though !! best shot with a longrifle from .36 to .50

    Cheers

Default A few of my favorite things!

Pool cues and bass guitars! I could write pages about each of these items, so for now I'll just post some pictures. If anyone would like to know more about them, let me know
