    Default Problems to contact Wacker.

    Hi,

    I purchased a Wacker razor 15/05/14 and i didn't get the razor yet. I tryed to contact them by e-mail (many) and by fone without success.

    I paid by PAYPAL and was everything ok. The payment was registry on 15/05/14. I don't know what to do now. It's horrible to don't get any answer. I am very concerned on the possibility of not receiving my razor.

    Anyone have any suggestion of what to do?

    I know some places it may take a few weeks for delivery depending on when their ship dates are. Some places only ship a few times a month so if you placed an order right after they made a shipment it may seem longer. I'd be concerned about not being able to reach someone at their office though.

    I called twice to the Office and no answer.
    Just a telephone answering machine in german. I don't know a S..T in german.

    They could at least answer the e-mails.

    If your paypal is anything like the USA version open a dispute. The vendor will receive a notification from paypal that you are disputing the charge and that should definitely get their attention. Did you receive a confirmation of the order from the vendor, with a tracking #, when you first placed the order ?

    Things have changed at Wacker,so says the rumor Mill.
    I bought two 7 day sets from them,7/8 yrs ago for some major money at the time.
    I got them but it took two mos..

    No, no confirmation at all.

    I'll wait to the next monday, if nothing happens the "dispute" idea will be used. (thanks)

    I had something similar, put in an order, got an order confirmation & invoice 2 WEEKS later. Paid immidiately and from then on: total silence, must have sent about 10 emails in english and german, nothing. In the end I opened a paypal dispute and got my money back and got myself an Ali's Blade.

    That's bad...

    I'll wait until 15/06/2014 (1 month after my order), if nothing happen then i will open a paypal dispute to get my Money back.

    My deadline is coming and nothing yet. No comunication or answers to e-mails and Messages i've sent on theirs website. This is very very frustrating.
