    Default I dunno, Yogi...

I kinda wanna gripe and you guys are probably the few that can relate. First of, before some of you get the wrong idea, I am not bashing Maggard's. I can't, because of the post office. Maybe there's some clarification someone here can give.

I order my shave cream samples (Proraso, ToBS, and E. Jagger) on Monday at 3:57 pm. So stoked because it's free, finally decided what to do with a gift card. I got notice it was shipped at 8:47 am Tuesday, perfectly reasonable, in fact great timing. I have waited 3-4 days before something was shipped. USPS says it was picked up at 3:30pm Tuesday. Still reasonable, USPS probably swings by once a day and that just happened to be the pick up time.

Now, the kicker. The package was accepted at the origin facility, same zip code, 16 hours later. What the heck Booboo? Now, the package isn't expected until Saturday.

I ordered something from NYC last week Thursday (approx. twice the distance) and it arrive on Monday.

    What gives, USPS?

Thank you for reading my complaints

All TOBS products must be sampled/shave tested by the Post Master of the receiving facility first.

Since there was some Prosaso and Jagger in the package too, they will be sampled too.

@Hirlau: Of course! Must be an additional QC! I should've known!

@rolodave: Probably makes you want to drive over and get it, at least that's how I feel...

It takes a few days for the brush to dry out before they repackage it.

But they have to put it on a plane, fly it to Mitchell Int'l, drive it to Oak Creek, put it in another truck to your PO and then it can go out for delivery...

All I can say is wow. I live in an area that literally has the slowest mail service in Canada. I cannot get parcels from within my own province in under 10 days. I envy your mail service even when it is below your standards.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
