Nice idea Raol! I'll keep that in mind. Less space being taken up that way.

Just took my shower and shave and had a few ideas. Also, Outback sent me some close-up pics of his set-up. He's got a mice way of keeping them separate. I love ideas. Now to make some plans. If anyone else has ideas I'm still planning so throw them out if you want. Wont be till next week before I have time to do this over.

This is what I got but I'm just not happy. I need to glue the dowels to the sides of the drawer and I'd rather not glue or nail so I can change it later. Who knows. Just step up and do it right as they say!

Great score Jerry! The cabinet looks awesome. You could make inserts in a ladder pattern. Use two size dowel rods use the larger for the sides and drill holes in those dowels for the smaller rung dowels. Then when you need to stand them up turn them to put the old holes down and re-drill new holes for more dowels. Then there’s no need to nail or glue into the boxes! Figured that might help you out some, and thank you for sharing all the pics

    Looks great!
A dab of hot glue gun is easily removed. Will hold good until you want to change it. No sweat!

What about turning the razors 90° and standing them up like in Mike's cabinet.
It looks like you could easily get two rows, one behind the other in each drawer.
It might be worth a try to maximize the capacity of the cabinet.

Jerry, here's another idea that you can borrow from Gerstner's drawer dividers design: Drawer Divider System

If you have a table or radial arm saw for cutting the grooves, you should be able to make these pretty easily at a fraction of the cost that Gerstner sells them for. What's nice is they are removable and you won't damage your new cabinet!

Pete, my drawer is not long enough for two rows. Almost but not quite. I had thought of that too. At 11 1/4 inches its just too short gor that.

Tom, the wrench organisers is genious. Simple. I use them in my tool box in the garage. I was thinking of something like this. Laying them back a little but still standing. This would allow you to see them better. It might take up a little more room than what Mike has made, but its not like i dont have the room. In that thread a guy made a rack to hang on the wall. I could make some racks like that and have a bit of three ideas in one.

    Thanks for sharing that one!

And the drawer divider system looks easy enough to make. All the ideas given are good ones. Thanks guys. Now to see what comes of all this info.

Got off early today because of a safety meeting. So I did some playing with making some racks just to see what looks good.
This first set is 45 degrees and closer together...

This second set is 60 degrees and farther apart...

I think I like the 60 degrees better but closer together. I should be able to close up the ranks by an 1/8 inch. At 45 degrees they had a tendency to lay flat.
Just thought I'd share my thought and what I'm thinking.

That is a very good idea keeps them on an angle for easy identification.
