Not to mention it's nice to be on a web forum where people are capable of writing complete sentences (Just one of my little peeves. ).

I remember two years ago when I first got interested in this art of straight razor shaving I had several questions to ask as did all of you. I found this forum and thought that it was really neat especially with all of the different information that was available. I especially liked the old timers that would offer kind advise without making you feel stupid for asking the question.

From shaving to honing to collecting to restoring to eBaying I offer my congratulations to Lynn for starting this forum and Joe and Dave for keeping it running and the Mods for monitoring the forum and all of the old timers for answering my questions. For without this forum I would not have been able to accomplish the above mentioned tasks............

Thanks Guys for a job well done lets keep it up. Maybe STRAIGHT RAZOR SHAVING will come back................
if anything has been abnormal for a long enough period it then becomes normal.

Know what you mean. Upsets me too.

(Don't worry, it's just a little harmless leg-pulling. I'm all for proper grammar and spelling too, although I may find myself a bit at sea without my spellchecker, I regret to say!)

I'm glad to be one of the 3000 ... ten times as many as those Spartans ... who make this place so great, even if I'm just a small part compared to the long-timers who so generously share their vast knowledge; and compared to Lynn, the moderators and administrators who make this place function so well.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Without the site, the people, advice, and such, I'd be lost. Congratulatons to all involved, you have done a great job.

I'm trying to get my brother involved, maybe he can be 3001.

Keep up the good work all.

Without this site, many of us would be so very lost. Thanks to SRP and the fine members of this community. You are all straight in my book
