The final step should actually be "Move out." because that'll be the only option at that point.

As men we have a huge advantage in the fact that our outdoor plumbing allows us to pee half way up the wall in the middle of the night...
If this is too extreme, just sprinkle water on the toilet seat when she isn't looking. occasionally change things up by leaving the seat up (or removing it all together)...

Wait till she complains, and then you offer to let her have a bathroom all to herself... When she agrees, you can move all of your stuff into one, and hers into the other. Do it nicely, and then invest in a set of those boy and girl bathroom signs. Problem solved.
