Thanked: 131And here was me just about to do that. I however wanted to wait and get permission from mum before defacing her first baby scan.
Ah well. You saved me a load of time on photoshop or similar. Thanks

Thanked: 84Bugger I missed all this! Ive been too busy in the hone sections, sorry.
Well done both of you. Thats what you get for wearing corsetts.
BTW you can't store sleep!
My wife had 2 Caesariuns, I had to shave the old landing strip, the jokers gave me an orange Bic.
Bit of advice - take you own razor and some tidy shave cream if you have a section.
Is it your first Silver? I know Spike has a little girl.
I hope you have an easy time of it.

Thanks Gents, although I am seriously starting to worry about the sanity of some of you!
Marcus yes it is my first and I am really enjoying being pregnant, except for the killer mood swings as I'm sure poor old Spike will testify to bearing the brunt of. But I am trying to get a better handle on them. We get my blood tests back in a few weeks so keeping everything crossed that everything will be ok. And we will keep in mind your shaving advice, which reminds me I have to PM Butch.

Thanked: 84PM Butch? What are you up to then??
I always thought mood-swings were normal
My wife had pre-eclampsia (I know my spelling is probably wrong as usual) the poor thing had no veins left by the time Ella came out. No probs with Katie though
Ella is going to be a couple of inches taller than me (don't say it !) so it didn't do her any harm
When your ready to pop try a prawn curry, our consultant said they can bring on birth!!
Don't be pushed into breast-feeding too, it is good for sproggs but if they don't get enough or don't gain weight properly supliment it with the bottle.
Have a look out for this book too -
Dorling Kindersley, the complete book of Mother & Baby Care. Elizabeth Fenwick. ISBN 0-7513-0168-x
It covers everything from "the deed" to 3 years old.
Apart from the telephone number for 'Health Call' it's about all you need. We have almost worn our copy out!
Let us know how you get on.
