Well we went to the hospital this afternoon & were told all is well.

As I promised here is Squid's SRP (& internet) debut. There was an awful lot of wriggling going on, so we got two usable pics out of four. Doesn't it look like s/he is horrified at being caught on camera?

This one's a little more conventional...

We also discovered that there is only one Squid in there & s/he is expected to be with us 8 days earlier than previously predicted on May 16th. We will not find out the correct pronoun to be using for another eight weeks. Silver thinks, having seen Squid on screen, that she will be the shaving instructor.

Just saw this thread, so very belatedly ... Congratulations!

Nothing in my life has brought me such deep joy as my five kidsels--it hasn't always been easy or happy but I would not have it any other way. And I know you'll make a happy home for Squid, and nobody in his/her circle of friends will know more about honing a blade, that's pretty much a guarantee.
