Thanked: 156Can't ship straights internationally!? ???
So I just got back from the post office, where I was told straight razors are not supposed to be shipped internationally. Whats up with that?
Just called them shaving supplies and they took it.

Yup...that is true.....There was a post on here some where going back a bit that went into details. I've talk to the clerk at the post office and he said just that "call it shaving supplies"...The word "razor" or "straight shaver" is a no no in this times we live in. It's considered a "weapon"...lol.

I always check the country's customs regulations to see if a striaght razor will pass customs before I ship. So far I have never had a problem sending them properly labeled to countries that accept them.

Thanked: 235I don't think there is any problem with sending anything out of Thailand. If it is not allowed the postal workers will just steal it. Both incoming and outgoing mail.
