As if that isn't enough, yours truly was the main contributor and some of my own razors are pictured along with some from Aidan Gill Barbershop in New Orleans.

I will ask the Playboy editor if it's OK to scan the article in for you to look at in the near future but there it is anyway!

    Fame at last!!
Congratulations, hope you wont be putting up your prices! I had a look at the Aiden Gill website, seems he is a fan of the Mach III and we are all deluded!

I didn't know who else was to be involved - they just asked about SR's on my side and I worked with a different writer to that of the main article.

Anyway, we're not deluded, just cool.

    Congratulations on being featured mate!

BTW why should it matter you post it? I've seen people post magazine articles on car enthusiast forums many times.

hmm, I was under the impression that most barbers prefer straights. At least, most barbers the performs shaves for their customers use straights not Mach IIIs. Oh well, I'll find out for myself soon enough. Congrads, blueprinciple.

It's just common courtesy and a healthy respect for the laws of copyright!

As an aside...I met a colleague at work today who informed me that there is a barbershop in downtown Indianapolis, IN where you can get a traditional str8 razor shave--the hot towels, etc. In fact, it appears that this barbershop markets/promotes the fact that they offer traditional str8 razor shaves. My colleague stops by there on occasion to get a shave himself when he's on his way to work. I told him about my own purchase of a str8 razor as a Christmas gift to myself as well as about SRP. Now he's thinking about getting a str8 razor himself.

Hopefully, another str8 razor convert. Stay tuned...

the video just shows the guy shaving himself. It does not show what the barber himself uses when he is shaving a customer. Unless there is another video I missed.
