Thread: A Lifetime Opportunity

I have never met Lynn but I have sure heard some great things about him. Way to go Lynn. And that was a really nice post.

One thing I would like to add to this whole thing. I spent a good amount of time with Lynn to give me a foundation.

That DOES NOT:
1. Make me a honer of razors.
2. Make me qualified to give anyone advice.
3. Allow me to abuse in any way the knowledge Lynn has given me.

Lynn invented his methods. Until I get hundreds of razors under my belt, I'm just a guy who is trying to mimic his instructor. Anything more than that requires paying the dues. And that means a lot of failures with any successes.

It is pretty clear to me that Lynn does not want to see this art go extinct, and he has laid down a foundation for us to build upon. Everyone here owes that the respect it deserves. In my opinion, each of us that Lynn has taught has some sort of moral responsibility to that end. I know I'm getting phylosophical here, but it deserves it.
