I guess I too must post "Uhuhs", and "nice post" to every thread if I am to catch up to 400.
BTW, JL has added 5 posts just in this thread. I can't compete with that.
Guess I'll have to follow Ed's insight.

I'm sure Terry will make 400 before the draw and I gotta side with Terry on the scale material. Curly maple in the natural finish. Since I have a sey of Bill Ellis scales already I'm gonna try and hold off on entering the draw. Once I see how they're comming together, I don't know if I'll be able to resist.

P.S. Bill, you're a great man.

I'd love to get in on this, especially if the blade's a W&B. Therefore:
1) Consider this to be my official entry into the draw.
2) Thank you for your generosity Bill.
3) Get ready for a whole FLOOD of posts from people jacking their counts up to 400 lol.

Thanked: 2209Hello Bill,
This is a nice surprise! Its very good of you to offer this.
Count me in if you will.
For scales may I suggest Buffalo horn with tips of abalone.
For a size of razor my vote would be 6/8 square point, single concave grind.Randolph Tuttle, a SRP Mentor for residents of Minnesota & western Wisconsin
