From your UserCP click on Group Memberships under Miscellaneous.
Make your request from there and please include a short disertation on why we should consider you for membership. This offer is open to anyone, but membership will be granted by whim. ... I'm still looking for the right formula.

In any case, I think we need to add something to the rotating stars. How about doing this stat and adding blabbing mouths?

The blabbing mouths are automatically issued after 2,000 posts.
Becoming an official member of The Blabbermouths allows you to choose which title you display.

In my defense, I was a slow starter but I sure made up for it over a long stretch of time

Although my wife has made me promise to give her more time on the weekends, in return for her prommise not to bother me anymore during the sunay night chat. I thought that would slow me down, but then I realize I really dont post that much on the weekends anyway strangely enough??

I've been out of work since September so I have a lot more spare time. If it goes on like this, I'll end up finding work in the boonies for a few years, until that student loan gets paid off.

Ay any rate, in response to a few posts...as far as rating systems, I guess they are good to enormous sites with a ton of traffic and many posters who want to be self proclaimed exports where people need to weed through the less worthwhile posts to get to some good ones, but we dont have that problem mostly because we are all self proclaimed scholars so most of the posts are very informative so while they are a good idea in general, I dont think anyone really looks at them here, and if they do, I cant imagine that it would make them decide whether or not to read a post (hell I didnt know they existed until a month or so ago lol)
Secondly, as far as the blabbermouth icon, I think an over all post count of 2000 is perfect. Anyone can have a high daily post count for a period of time in the beginning when they are asking many questions and interested in the community, but that can die down easily and quickly. 2000 posts on the other hand is a pretty big number, even if someone posts 2000 times and then stops visiting for a while, I have little doubt that one way or another they will have earned their BM icon through noteworthy posts, shared knowledge that they must have picked up over time and community participation.
