This is my 400th post at SRP. So now I can nominate s.o. for your give-away. But I do not know who to nominate! I prefer to leave this to the more senior members of SRP.

I would recommend the winner be s.o. who has not only asked questions but also answered a lot of questions and/or brought information of interest to all SRP memebers.

Well just keep in mind that a lot of people will leave it up to others to nominate...sort of like voting lol, so far I have only gotten 3 nominations and Im pretty sure at least one or two of them will refuse to participate.

I'm trying to figure out who to nominate, but... Did we agree that this little cornucopia was for someone who might not be able to afford it on his/her own, or are we just nominating any valuble member of SRP?

Nope we agreed that it would be for any member who is, or we feel will become an asset to SRP and who doesnt already own this stuff, or at least most of it.

In that case: I only have 2 razors, 2 hones, one boar brush and one loom type strop

I would love to have this setup since Ive just got one razor and strop, but I would like to see it go to a newb who has nothing and REALLY wants to get into straight shaving. It would be great to convert someone to the cause and the generosity would definetly pay off in the long run.

I may have to extend the deadline if we continue with the small amounts of nominations, which I have no objection to doing. Only 3 nominees so far, and Im pretty sure two of them will decline to be entered into the drawing.
