Shaving with disposables for many years in the shower, I didn't need a mirror. However, with the sharp blades of a DE, I needed a mirror! However, now trying to learn to shave with a SR, I definitely have to have that mirror! I bought a fogless one with a hollow back that you fill with hot water. Works perfectly!
