Damn Gary, looks like murphy's law hit you hard in the last few years. Especially that smashed leg bit, ouch.
No worries tho, I'm sure things will perk up. And, you have a whole community here for support

Gary,
That is the greatest thing about the internet. I have friends worldwide, whom I will never meet. In January or February (getting past the holidays), I plan to invite the Utah members of SRP, B&B and SMF to a get together. I've met Rexj who is a member here, and there are several others I would like to meet.

I feel the same way about this forum. I used to be active on a rollerblading forum, they were pretty much rude to each other 85% of the time and the other 15% they would be rude about someone else. I pretty much stopped coming there altogether unless I'm looking for a pair of secondhand blades.
People on this forum actually treat each other like people. Not someone anonymous that you can abuse at will because they can't retaliate anyway. I've had at least 2 people on this forum really helping me out, not just giving tips. (Xavier and Bill you both ROCK!!)
I was beginning to fear that I was the only one on the planet who was loooking for people who actually give service to each other simply because they want to. Not because they're trying to get something done or want something from the other person.
Buck up though Gary, things always work out in the end....although the middle may really suck.

Its nice to know that there are still some good people left, and from what I`ve seen most are members of this forum. However lets be honest some are a little rough round the edges, but if every one was perfect like me, ,life would be boring.
I have to go ,I feel all warm and fuzzy now, Margaret where are you
Kind regards Peter
PS. good on ya Bill

Thanked: 0One of the reasons that I joined this group is the character of the people involved. As time goes by they prove that I made a good choice. The best to all of you.

That's so awesome.
Good luck on getting a new job, I've been in a large unemployment patch myself once upon a time and I know how it can demoralize a person (and it just plain sucks to earn a lot less money since it stalls your life). May it come soon!
