I just roasted up a nice crowd pleasing (I hope) Colombian Planadas microlot in my HotTop drum roaster and it should be just rested nicely for Sunday. My roaster is a 1/2 pound load and with 15% decrease due to water loss its less than that per batch. Let me know if this is enough and if not I have many other origins if I can make time to roast again before Sunday.

I'll also trade fresh coffee for honing and SR advice - I have everything from Panama Esmeralda Gesha to exotic Ethiopians and COE's. Green Bean acquisition disease is as strong as RAD!

GC7, will you also bring an electric coffee pot/french Press or some other means of brewing?

I guess I can dig up the auto drip coffee maker and bring it along - I have not used it in a long time but it does make a nice full pot for gatherings. These days I make single mugs in a clever dripper for me and the boss or espresso rather than full pots.

You said there is a quality grinder available.
