I am working on that, the issue is Friday night, Asheville and the request for a bar also. The issue rises as to a place that can handle that many people that is not slammed with customers until 8:30 - 9:00. It is 4-1/2 weeks away. It would help greatly if I knew how many people I need to find seats for.
Can you get a head count and let me know? I do have 1 friend that has a place we could take over that fits the bill, but again I need a head count. Over estimate he looses business, under estimate someone does not have a seat.Last edited by hidestoart; 03-19-2014 at 04:36 PM.

A head count is quite impossible. Many don't know when they will leave to drive up due to work and such.

We won't worry about it. If people get there and want to eat we can decide then. Keep it simple. Some may change their mind after driving. As far as more structured and taking over a facility, Saturday? We can do finalize the count Sunday morning.

I just spoke to my friend and he is looking into it. We would have to set a time to start and leave to open the tables up for other customers as it is a popular place due to its affordable prices. But he needs a head count in order to reserve that many tables. the other option is give up the bar and look at a steak house with a meeting room.

Thanked: 2209Hey guys !
Here is a link to the current schedule for the
Asheville, NC Razor Meet on April 26&27, 2014.
You can download the file if you wish or just view it on
screen. It is a spreadsheet file in the .xls format.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/392e0tp51zhvvpj/Schedule3.xls
The purpose of the schedule is to let everyone know just
what will be happening, when and by whom so you can make your
plans to suit your interests/needs.
This is a semi-structured approach with lots of flexibility.
As an example, if a person is not interested in my demo at 10:30 on Saturday
then they can talk with Lynn, Ron, CJ Bianco, Rick Boone etc or anyone else.
You are not expected to attend any of the demo's. They are
simply being made available for those interested in that
topic at a scheduled time so you may plan
We hope you like the schedule.Randolph Tuttle, a SRP Mentor for residents of Minnesota & western Wisconsin

Sweet!!!!! Thanks Randy for posting the schedule. That's awesome. I like the structure and how its laid out. There is no way I can miss out on any of the topics. It also allows you to get one on one or hands on training through out the day (boy do I need that). Very professional. You all can give the professional seminars I go to a run for their money.

Thanked: 3795I get the impression from the schedule that there will be name tags available. Is that correct? I hope so. Chrisl brought them to the first MN meetup I attended and I found it very helpful for remembering names. We mainly interact online so when we get together in person and get confronted with faces, names, and usernames, it can be difficult to keep them all straight.
