Ok that's fancier than I had in mind. The simple "Hello my name is..." stickers that you fill out yourself work just fine, but whatever he has planned is very much appreciated!

    Utopian,

Expect welcome packets from the chamber of commerce with maps so you can get around. Asheville is in the mountains so roads don't run in a grid. But rather around mountains & rivers

    Hi Utopian,
    Thanks for the message.
Indeed there will be name tags. They will be available at the door both days. The tags will have room for name and user name. May be a good idea to take individual pictures at that time unless the individual objects.
If you have any other ideas or suggestions by all means please send them along.
    Regards,
    Joe Neer "Nipper"

As long as we're not fingerprinted, swabbed, or probed, I'm fine with your plan.

LOL!!! You don't want me to write my name on a name tag. My penmanship is so bad, I can't even read it!!!

Randydance-Thanks for that schedule. The only change on my end is that I won't be there for Sunday's festivities or the Sunday stropping demos; gotta get home and grade term papers before Monday rolls around. Thanks again!
