Ok, I tried the Yeti Snot this morning and wow! Very nice. It didn't make my eyes water as much as glacial did but the menthol feel was great. More of a chill feeling than a needle feeling. I like that! Thank you again to Yeti for donating samples of his soaps for the meet up. I'll have to try some of his other produces if nothing else just because of the novel names.

Chris; I've had good luck microwaving soaps in 10 second bursts. Nothing appears to happen for the first 8 , and them boom, it just turns to liquid. For some it takes a second 10 seconds, but seldom more than that. The only Shaving Yeti soap I haven't tried yet is the Yeti Snot. (They've been sold out, and I got to Ashville a little too late to get that one). I've liked all of them I've tried!

Thanks Java, I'll try that tonight when I get home. I'll have to see about trying their other soaps as well.
Dana, you're high speed, low drag! I'm still amazed at the amount of sharing and caring that is still going on after the meet up among the attendees. Truly a great group of folks.Chris

Aaron,
I used it this morning. It seems like a nice cream. It's easy to lather, it makes a nice lather, it has a nice mild scent, and it has a little menthol feel to it. I'd have to say that it is probably one of the two creams that I like. I'll have to add it to my rotation. Thanks for sharing it with me.Chris

Thanks again for the advice Java. I microwaved it this morning for 10 seconds and was surprised how quickly it melted. I did it again for 10 seconds and then 5 and now it covers the bottom of the bowl. Oh, and no releasing of massive amounts of menthol into the house! LOL! I have a few other glycerin soap samples I'm going to try the same thing. Thanks.

Thanked: 3795Anyone can organize a meet-up. That does not mean that they have to host it but someone has to initiate the idea. You can start a thread in the meet-up section, where this thread is, to inquire about any interest in a meet-up near you.

How close are you to Raleigh? A group meets there frequently.
