Thread: I'm going to be in Vancouver soon, so....

I'm in Richmond, BC, a suburb just south of Vancouver. There are several Hyatt's in town. I'll be away for most of your visit, but in town for the last day or two of it.

Please keep me informed -- it would be nice to meet. You've been very helpful online.

The address of the Hyatt hotel is 655 Burrard St. It is supposed to be about a half mile from the convention center. The conference ends at 6pm on Saturday. There are poster sessions I have to attend from 6 to 8pm each weeknight and Sunday will be our only free day in Vancouver so I figure Saturday after 6:30 pm works best for me.

I'll repeat what I posted earlier. I'd be happy to meet anyone any other evening but it would have to be after 8:30pm.

I'll bring a few (seriously this time because I'm flying it only will be a few) hones only if one person says they would like something honed and they cannot provide their own hones.

I am in Vancouver (BC!) now. It looks like the best place to meet is in our room, which is 3017 (30th floor) at the Hyatt hotel at 655 Burrard St. I brought one full set of hones, a small microscope, and a strop.



Anyone who wishes to come is welcome to bring a razor to hone. I'd be shocked if three people show up but I'd be glad to meet anyone who does come and hope I can help with any problem razors!
