There is going to be a meet up at Kansas City on October 25th and 26th. The exact address is being worked out and as soon as we have it down, we'll let you know. There's going to be some great straight razor folks and honers there and lots of hands on learning. If you're interested in coming out and want to learn how to use a straight razor or want to learn how to hone your razors, let us know."

I will list a few hotels soon that will be close to event. As soon as it is decided where we are having it!!

Ray-Barring unforeseen scheduling snafus, I will be traveling to this with the Southeastern contingent, aka Hidestoart Express, which will also include Warpiper and maybe one other. I look forward to meeting more of the Midwest Mafia, and picking up some more honing knowledge from you guys! Not sure how much Slivovitz I can hold, though. Aaron

I'm looking forward to the trip and getting to see some new friends again and get to meet the rest of Midwest mafia as well. I learned a lot from them at Asheville and I hope to learn a lot more. And if we play our cards right, there may be some cheesecake waiting for us.
