Ooh, in that case I might be convinced to stick around for a second day. Let me know if anyone else wants to make a weekend out of this!

Ok guys here is what is going on. I can't get the cc until 2. So with this im just wondering what are your thoughts about maybe Sunday. I have it from 2 to Monday morning. Or maybe if we go shooting in the am and start later and go to Sunday. Tell me what you all think. I'm pretty open to whatever we can do.

The first thing I need to ask is what happens if it rains. Can we get together in the garage or the basement?
If the answer is yes then I see no need to change the date. We can use the garage/basement until the CC becomes available. If it is nice outside then we can use the lawn and the garage.

BTW, at the Kenosha razor meet the last person left at 9PM ( approx).

I would like to keep it on the 25th if possible. My 2 cents , What works for the group ? But most importantly to quote you "Is it cleared with the war department?". I do not want to cause any disruption on the home front.

Ok guys I have room in the base ment. Only thing is the lighting is not so well. Also the garage will be cleaned out also. So with that I guess we will keep on track for what we had. Just not sure how big of a issue it would be to move it all. So with That let's carry on

    Default Meet up update

    Gentlemen,
My wife and I are in the process of just finishing up selling and working on buying a new home. Shooting for a closing on May 7. I would so like to be at this meet up. Haven't seen some of you in over a year and would like to meet the people I haven't met yet. So I am going to have to take a pass. I would have really enjoyed working with some of the greatest honers in my opinion. If you have never worked with some of these gents, you are in for a great learning and fun day. Have fun, tip a glass for me.

    Miss ya all,
    Gonzo

I am in the same boat. I have never seen more than one wet shaver other than myself. I have so many questions and want to see how you all do what we do. Excited and apprehensive but bringing a notebook to take notes.
How do you all travel with your straights?? a roll, in there individual boxes? any direction would be appreciated.

I have a couple of these and can vouch for their usefulness.

The loops work for two straights end to end.
A full roll is less than 6 inches in diameter.

Yes, I have other methods but I like these for a simple carry.
