Alright....
I cannot do the 12th but I can do the 19th if that is ok with everyone ....

That date also works for me. Really the more advanced notice, within reason, the better in order to allow plans to be made. As soon as the date is confirmed, I will send out notices.
Randy was planning on attending as well, so hopefully he also can make the new date too.entropy1049 likes this.

The 19th sounds good to me also.
Ask the mods of this forum to allow you to change your original 1st post to this new date. That will result in clarity ( avoid confusion) for anyone who is looking at this thread for the first time.
