    Hey Mike
I watched all of her videos and noticed the view counts were WAAAAAY to low for someone with a voice like that!
Hopefully the right people see it. I wish her all the luck in the world!

Writes mostly all her own stuff as well. Never been big of covers. I mentioned the station in Kitchener Andrew was talking about to her so she can try to network out that way..
Thanks again for watching her stuff, I think her voice is much bigger than she actually is in person, lol. Gets that from her mom...

Yup, 88.3 is Conestoga College station. Its actually quite popular and they play tons of Indy music.

So sorry to have missed this one . . . looks like it was another great time. Would have loved to ogle all the pretty sharps and, while my stockpile is not nearly the hoard that some of you bring, I would have loved to have put my 2 FBUs into that picture.

Aaahh well . . . that's what you get for dropping off the map. Have to wait for the next one, now.

It appears as though a full gallon is all that's available. Another option is to leave it alone and display it..... just saying.
Would cactus juice work with that stuff? I have used it with wood and it is *great* for that. But honestly haven't a clue if it would work with the walrus tusk.

    Different quantities are available: https://www.turntex.com/product/cact...resin-and-dyes

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

The Wood chuckers website I linked to use to carry the Stick Fast Stabilizing resin, which is what I was buying. Seems as though they now have their own in house brand. I know the Stick fast resin is the same sort of thing as the Cactus juice, and I can only assume this Artistic woodchuck wood stabilizer is also the same. When I first bought the stuff, I wanted to stay with a Canadian store so I didn't have to deal with shipping chemicals across the border. Pretty sure chemicals shipped across the border have to be couriered, and in my experience, couriers always nail you with a brokerage fee when it changes hands at the border.

Did you get yours from the US?

I would think it should work with the tusk. Should get right into those cracks.....

I hear you about courier fees. It is because of things like that that I set up a PO box across the border and occasionally go for a drive to avoid cross-border shipping hassles. That's still a hassle, but at least it's a hassle tied to a wee road trip. And while I have no problem at all paying whatever taxes/duty are due, the amount couriers charge irritates the heck out of me, so it's worth dodging when possible.

But to be honest I'm not entirely sure if they shipped via courier. It has been several years since I bought from them.

Going to order some of woodchuckers brand. The supplied catalyst implies a chemical cure as opposed to a heat activation like cactus juice.
Have a few punky burls to stabilize as well.
    1 gallon should b plenty.
