Thread: After '08 Holidays Western NY Meet

Good day all. Holli4pirates have been discussing another meet for after the holidays to show and tell our latest findings and holiday gifts. Holli is offering to have it at his place in Rochester if we can meet in the early part of January and as soon as the first weekend in January, weather permitting. Since Holli's is offering his place to meet, he should be the person to coordinate the date and time with. Hope we can all meet up again soon! .

Ah Joe, you beat me to it!

I'm flexible on dates; weekends are best, Sat or Sun is fine. I'd be cool with the third, though if we push it back a week or so I might have a BBW/coticule combo that we can all play with.

I'll have some new razors to show off, including one of those all stainless SRD's that have been floating around on Ebay. I also have my first broken blade, so perhaps we can have a group cry over that.

I'll be sure there is food and drink, but I promise it will be nowhere near as good as at Joe and Karen's.

So, as Joe said, drop in a post if you'd like to attend, and let us know when is good for you.

For simplicity's sake, let's call the meeting for Saturday, January 3rd at my place, weather permitting. Unless there are requests for a different date. If you would like to attend, I would be happy to PM you my address and phone number.

Oh, when you post/PM to confirm, could everyone let me know how many people they plan to bring along? I would like to get an estimate on a head count for the purpose of food and seating.

I would also extend the invitation to anyone who is coming to feel free to bring alything they would like to.

Yep, assume three. Can't predict what the ex will do for JrJoeD but he is asking to come. Do you have an idea as to the time? I have three metal folding chairs I can bring along. Let us know if CarrieM can assist w/ cookies or something.
