The only way this will be affordable for me is if I fly into Charlotte after normal business hours (So I wont be able to rent a car) and then someone pick me up and drop me off at the airport. Nearest I can tell is that it is about a 75 mile drive each way.
Anyone?

its about 2 hours to here. I will see what I can come up with. is the airport here a lot more pricey? Glen flys in to Asheville check and see if he has found some kinda deal.

Mines 288 round trip! Everything else was at least double, and they were considered cheap.

The Charlotte to Asheville run can be made in an hour and a half. It also allows the roadtripees access to the real deal NC BBQ. Cross through Shelby NC and stop at Bridges BBQ. It's not a bad drive really. You'll want to get a later flight out on sunday if you can.
