What a small world. I was born and raised in Blanchard and all of my family is still there. I only moved here because of the Patrol. What kind of studio do you have?

I've got a photostudio here on main street. It's Red Hills Photography, at 207 N. Main in the old newspaper building. I'm usually around 10-5 M-F. Drop by and say hi sometime.

    cheers!

Let's get this sucker back on track. Have we got a solid date? Have arrangements been made to accommodate a group of ppl wielding straight razors? If we are still meeting in Stroud ,we need somebody familiar with the area to step up and organize this.

I've been keeping an eye on this meet and greet. My normal days offf are tue & wed, but will try to make it if I can get off. I really wanted to make it to the small one you guys just had, but we had a couple guys on vacation.

    Default It's quiet in here.

OKC area guys? Anybody in central OK? I had hoped after the Chouteau meet, there would be more interest in another, bigger meet, not less. Is there a leader among you?

Bill was going to look into stuff over at Stroud and get back with us.
With the crazy weather, I'm sure things have been a bit busy.
    Keep your shirt on.

You guys want a meet, so a meet you shall have!!

Mark your calendars for Feb. 27 (that's the last sat. of this month)

    Here in Blanchard, Oklahoma
I've got my local masonic lodge for the day starting about 11:30am or so. I've got key to the lodge so we can come and go and stay as long as we want. The room is free, but any donations would be appreciated. They are also having a breakfast feed that morning from 7 till 11. It's $5 and all you can eat, so if you want to come early and have breakfast, that would be cool too.
We can start earlier (@ 9am ish or so) here at my studio.
The studio is just down the street from the lodge.

The room at the lodge will comfortably hold 15 - 20 guys. They already have tables and such for us to bring our toys and work. They also have a restroom for shaves. There are a few different restrauants around, and if ya'll want me to reserve a place for dinner, that is doable.

So Saturday, Feb. 27 from 9 until we're tired.
Let me know so I can start getting a head count.

After talking with some of the other guys, this will not be the last meet in Oklahoma for a while. I know that Bill is still wanting a meet when we have warmer weather, and I'm all for that!! Plus, I'm gonna get Harley to have a meet up in the NE of the state sometime later this year. (pushing back on ya Harley )
So, if ya'll can make it, come on over and have a blast playing with razors, hones, and strops.

Dang!!! I'm working that day! Oh well, I will keep checking back and try to catch the next one. It does make me really happy that we are actually having one though as opposed to just talking about it!
